We’re Not the Young Guns. We’re Old Guy Flow.
You know the guy.
He’s been on the mats longer than most of the white belts have been alive. His knees sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies. He tapes his fingers before class, stretches just enough to lie to himself, and still shows up anyway.
That’s us.
That’s Old Guy Flow.
Why We Started
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has a way of humbling you, beating you up a little, and somehow making you love it more.
For those of us who came to the mats later in life, or just stayed long enough to become the old guy in the room, it’s not about being the fastest or most explosive anymore.
It’s about showing up.
It’s about training smart, surviving rounds with people half your age, and finding a way to keep going when your body has a few opinions.
Old Guy Flow was built for that community.
The over-40 grapplers. The working parents. The sore-kneed purple belts. The white belts who started late. The black belts who still remember when warmups were optional and bad decisions were mandatory.
We wanted gear that speaks to the people in it for the long game.
Who It’s For

We make shirts, hoodies, mugs, and gear for grapplers who love the lifestyle even when the lifestyle occasionally tries to kill them.
The Flow Is Real
Old Guy Flow is small, community-driven, and built from the mats.
No corporate fluff. No fake tough-guy nonsense. Just jiu-jitsu, stories, scars, bad knees, good rounds, and the people who keep showing up.
Most of our products are print-on-demand, which helps us keep things flexible, avoid waste, and create designs that actually fit the community.
