Refund policy

We want you to love your Old Guy Flow gear.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with our print partner to replace the item or issue a refund.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Normal wear and tear

Please check the sizing charts before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

If there's a problem with your order, email us at oldguyflow@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

We're a small business, not a giant corporation. If something isn't right, reach out. We'll do our best to make it right.
