All of our products are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and create each item specifically for you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note these are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our print partner's facility.

Multiple Items

Some products may ship separately if they're produced at different facilities. If that happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Old Guy Flow cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We'll work with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
